    On your tree under Olive Hagenbuch Hollingsworth. My husband was adopted an knew nothing about his birth mother. He did know his birth father. With DNA testing, we were able to connect with a first cousin of birth mom and find out a lot of interesting info about the family. It is amazing how much information you can get.

    Would be great to see the results from any Hagenbuch’s who have taken a Y-DNA test. This is a specific form of DNA that is only past from father to son. It is therefore tied to a man’s surname and the results can be used to determine a “Hagenbuch DNA” (haplogroup). Ancestry DNA does not offer a Y-DNA test but 23&me does.
